6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error by PureNoura Essentials, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as PureNoura Essentials is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.

PureNoura Essentials is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, sensitivities, misuse, or failure to follow product directions. Refunds for opened or used products due to personal sensitivity may not be available unless otherwise required by law.

11. Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, bundled, or final sale items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any item marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

12. Lost or Stolen Packages

PureNoura Essentials is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
